OUR POLICY

 

Fees for all group classes must be paid within the first three weeks of the term. Lessons cancelled due to weather example: rain, heat>35 degrees, extreme wind, will be made up at the end of the term. For example, a 9-week term may take 10 weeks to complete if a lesson is cancelled.

 

Cancellations are posted on our SureShot Tennis facebook page. 

 

A maximum of 2 make-up lessons can be done in a given term. Lessons do not carry over to the following term. They must be completed with the term. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice or the lesson must be paid for.
