Cardio Tennis
A fun, social, group tennis-fitness program for people of all ages and abilities. Involves a higher calorie burn, endless activities and social workouts with friends which will have you feeling great and in shape. These fun, high intensity sessions will not only make you feel fitter but also improve your hand-eye coordination and tennis ability. This program takes you through the basics of technique and tactics, and is suited to the beginner-intermediate standard range. Perfect if you’re just starting out in tennis or getting back into your fitness (max 5 per group).
