Involves a higher calorie burn, endless activities and social workouts with friends which will have you feeling great and in shape. The aim is to be fun and energizing - you’ll feel better and your hand-eye coordination, tennis skill and fitness level will also benefit.
Adult Skills Training
This program takes you through the basics of technique and tactics, so is suited to the beginner-intermediate standard range. Perfect if you’re just starting out or getting back into it after a long break (max 5 per group)
