OUR POLICY

Fees for all group classes must be paid within the first three weeks of the term. Lessons cancelled due to weather example: rain, heat>35 degrees, extreme wind, will be made up at the end of the term. For example, a 9-week term may take 10 weeks to complete if a lesson is cancelled.

Cancellations are posted on our SureShot Tennis facebook page. 

A maximum of 2 make-up lessons can be done in a given term. Lessons do not carry over to the following term. They must be completed with the term. Our cancellation policy is a minimum of 24 hours notice or the lesson must be paid for.
